Learn how to safely strengthen your body during pregnancy, postpartum and beyond. This whole-body bootcamp-style program will focus on optimizing the muscles of the inner core (diaphragm, transverse abdominals and pelvic floor). Understand how to optimally use your core through conscious breathing techniques that you can incorporate into your daily life. Say goodbye to chronic conditions such as lower back pain, sacro-iliac joint dysfunction, urinary/bowel incontinence, pelvic pain, and sciatica. This is also a great class for those who would like to prevent or work to correct diastasis recti and/or stress urinary incontinence.
